Thank you to the entire team at Midas on Thompson Rd. Great professional and personal service. I needed brake work performed and was stretched for time. This team came through for me. Excellent communication of the issues, costs, and time required. They were able to provide the service I needed at a fair price in the limited time I had. Super well done!

It's interesting how I can go to a shop I have never been to and get a better price on an inspection and oil change than from oil change shops I have used for years just for an oil change including getting 10-20% off with coupons. Midas will have me coming back for quality work, clean, pleasant environment and staff, and price without coupons! Time in and out was spot-on as well.

My vehicle required an exhaust flex joint replacement. I had called a few other body shops who gave me the runaround from both a cost perspective as well as schedule. I called Bob and the Midas team and they offered a very fair replacement price and asked me to come down that day for the repair. The team ensured me they would complete the repair prior to business close. Additionally, Bob brought me into the shop to show me the repair to ensure my acceptance. The honesty, customer focused attitude, and timely repair while not lacking in quality will result in my return to this establishment.

My family’s van had no brakes. The car would genuinely not stop. They were very helpful, informative and they even fixed a broken wire for free. They were very transparent and helpful from the brakes inspection to fixing the brakes all around. Definitely trustworthy, no BS mechanics and they give you a reasonable price for the job. Could not be more satisfied with our service.
